What pleasure it was doing business with Rob and Christine... I have only had this car a short while and left wishing I had met them sooner...professional, courteous, clean shop and all. Rob took the time to ride in the car with me for a diagnosis, he knew exactly what was wrong, the car was repaired on time, I was kept informed and the car drives beautifully.
This shop is a find...I will bring this car and others to Rob before anyone else...

When I was searching for a new transmission shop for my fleet, I called Rob to come out to our location. I explained what I wanted and in return he explained what he could do as far as time and money. I have had several shops that talk a good game wanting your business and many have received it only to be disappointed in the time frame and the final cost. I’m well aware that each model year and make of vehicle presents a different situation along with the condition of the transmission when received. Rob has always kept me up to date on the status of each the current job.

I’m only going to use one word to describe my relationship with Grapevine Automatic, and that is trust.

Excellent Customer Service / Pride in work

Grapevine automatic rebuilt a transmission in an older pick-up of mine and backed the rebuild with a year guarantee / warranty. The trany worked fine and I had no problems. Several months after the warranty expired I experienced a small leak, took it back to Grapevine Automatic and Rob @ Grapevine Automatic took time to investigate, drive the vehicle and determine what the cause...he did this as part of the backed warranty / guarantee and in my opinion demonstrated excellent customer service. With this level of customer service and demonstration of the pride in their work, I would have absolutely no problem recommending Grapevine Automatic to someone needing Auto & or Transmission repair.

The Only Place To Go

I have taken both our cars to other shops, but not any more. This is the best place in the area. I thought I had a transmission problem and was willing to pay big bucks to have it fixed. After Grapevine Automatic looked at it, they came to the conclusion that it was not the transmission. It was actually an easy fix. They were extremely honest, fast, and you can't beat their price. I have sent many friends and my family to them and we all are very satisfied customers! I highly recommend them. I won't go anywhere else.

On a recommendation from a friend and reviews here on Superpages.com, I brought my restored 72 Grand Prix in for analysis and repair on the drive train. I was not disappointed. Rob was extremely helpful and knowlegeable. The trans rebuild, u-joints, and other work I requested was done well and ahead of schedule. The pricing was good. Highly recommend this company for any trans and drive train work.

My husband had his 1999 ford F250 diesel 4x4 rebuilt with some performance upgrades and he says it runs better than new. The work done was timely and the price was just as quoted. Will recommend to all of our friends. thanks for the great job...

Being new to the area...I was a bit apprehensive about going to a business that found in a phone book and never heard of...All the guys there were VERY nice, knowledgeable and went well above the service I was expecting...They were going over a vehicle that I had work done on in VA right before I trailered it down here...they even called my previous Trans. shop in VA to talk to them....then ended up correcting some quality issues and accepted payment from them over the phone as warranty work. They will have all my future business!!!
